I worked alongside him, learning the trade the traditional way through apprenticeship, patience, and experience. He taught me the value of integrity, and taking pride in every job, no matter how big or small.
Formal Training & Professional Certification
Building on the skills learned, I gained my City & Guilds certification in plumbing, a qualification that recognized my technical ability and professionalism in the field.
When my father decided to retire, it felt like the right time to continue his legacy by setting up my own business, carrying forward the same values of quality, honesty, and customer care to serve our local community for generations to come.
Expanding Services with Gas Safe Certification
As the business grew, I wanted to offer my customers a complete home comfort solution not just plumbing, but also heating services. To make that possible, I obtained my Gas Safe certification, allowing me to safely install, service, and repair gas appliances and heating systems.
Becoming Gas Safe registered was a major step forward for the business. It enabled us to provide a broader range of services from central heating installations and boiler repairs to full bathroom renovations and emergency plumbing solutions. With this expansion, our company became a trusted one-stop shop for domestic customers needing expert plumbing and heating services.
